Rules

A bid is the annual lease fee for the whole plot (AZN/year). Each bid must be at least one step above the current price. A bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends the end time by 2 minutes. Registration and a deposit are required to bid. The winner is the participant with the highest bid when time runs out; the commission confirms the result.

The auction is a simulation: no real deposit or payment takes place. Sale and lease of state land must follow the law and the rules of the competent authority; a real deployment would integrate with the existing state auction platform.
